Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept any returns or exchanges once the product has been ordered.

Customers are requested to carefully review product details before placing an order.

In the rare case that a product is received damaged or defective, customers must provide a complete unboxing video as proof within 24 hours of delivery at support@eurostylebag.in. Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

For customer awareness, a sticker mentioning the mandatory unboxing video requirement is placed on the product packaging.

Please ensure the unboxing video:

  • Starts before opening the package

  • Clearly shows the sealed package

  • Shows the damaged/defective product clearly in one continuous recording

After verification, eligible cases may qualify for a replacement or resolution at our discretion.
